Tekkie Town stole my money, no order received, no refund received

I've logged a complaint about the disgusting service of this place a week ago. It has been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order, or a refund, yhey have stole my money and no one contacts me about anything. I've made 12 calls to them and every time they say the same thing, "we are escalating you request". This is pathetic and ridiculous, no one knows what they are doing. In the meantime, I had to get my laywer on this.
