Tekkie town selling damaged goods
<p>I bought a pair of Merrel shoes at Tekkie town as shop soiled. ( got wet from rain storm ) A month later the leather started disintegrating. Went back and was told that they cannot help me as it was bought as shop soiled. Now this is my problem: I have 2 other pairs of Merrel's that are 3 and 4 years old respectively and have got wet multiple times over the years and they are fine. My question is....are these real Merrel shoes ?</p> <p>The other thing is that Tekkie Town is selling goods that they know are faulty, which has now caused me to dislike Tekkie Town and Merrel and will not do business with either ever again.</p> <p>To put this in perspective and compare to current affairs : A guy has had 2 Ford's and has had good service from both. He goes to Ford and buys a Ford Kuga and the sales rep tells him there is a chance that the car can burn out. He still buys the car because of past good experience. The car burns out a month later. Do you think he is going to do business with Ford again if they will not replace the car ?</p>
