TEKKIE TOWN POOR MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR

I am an casual employee from Tekkie Town and I am being fired for speaking against manager. I am a cashier that was short on my till due to the managers mistake. He is not admitting his mistake but wants the employee(me) to fa e consequences. He sent an email impersonating me and claims he did not do so. He did not follow protocol as he say he did. I am deeply upset and decided to speak up but now I havent been working for a week now. No communication from work probably on my way to get fired soon. I did inform my area manager about my manager's mistake but the area manager is also covering for the manager. I am deeply upset at the behavior or tekkie town management. I will take proper steps against tekkie town because this clearly is victimization which is against the law and also impersonating someone is *****.

I hope tekkie town sees this because I am been at home for 1 week after the argument with my manager. What kind of behavior is this from Tekkie town management. I will take this case to CCMA too because I have rights as a worker to speak up when something is wrong instead I am being victimized!!!!!!!
