TEKKIE TOWN ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE- DISGUSTING
I purchased a pair of sneakers online- purchased it on their website using my banking details. Money came off my account only to find they are e mailing me asking for me to "update my order" I then send through the Proof of payment and the person tells me on email that I need to go do a reversal. I spend over 25 Minutes with my bank only to find that i cannot request a reversal because itw as purchased on their website. They should be allocating order numbers to me as well as giving me my money back! How do they have an online shop like this!?
