Tekkie Town Northgate is Tekkie Down

Had to refund something, the woman didnt disclose that my mkney would only reflect after 7days and after the transaction the capitec message from my bank stated the 7days. The manager whos name is Sikhu from northgate shopping centre's tekkie town was so rude and started shouting at me while i was calm and polite.

When i wanted the shoes i had to pay immediately on the spot. Is it fair when i want my refund i cannot get my money immediately? I must wait 7days
