TEKKIE TOWN - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have placed an order with Tekkie Town on 15/12/2025, it was suppose to be a Christmas Gift. We are on 13/01/2026 now and I still don't have my parcel, I have send numerous mails and calls and I am getting no joy from them, I have asked for my money back and still no refund or parcel. I will not recommend anyone ordering from Tekkie Town, they have no customer service, no effort no what so ever. They take you money and don't deliver. WORSE SERVICE EVER, DON'T USE TEKKIE TOWN!!
