Tekkie town lack of quality products

Bought a Converse and after 4 months only both tekkies soles became unattached from the tekkies. It was worn only a few times since it is not the only pair of tekkies owned. Took it back to the store and the store manager took pictures and sent it to their head office which declined the refund/replacement. It is not the 1st time the quality of their products have become an issue after only a few months of being owned, which brings their products' quality under severe question. Tekkie town will never see me again, they might be fine with that, but please be aware consumers
