Tekkie Town just lost a customer8

I have no 12 feet. Finding shoes in most stores is difficult and style is often a compromise. I live in Bellville but shopped at the Garden Route Mall branch in George. Bought Bronx ankle boots for R900. The shoes proved too tight fitting and I tried to return it one month later at the Bellville branch. Still in the box inside their shopping bag. Then told return is a no go but I could shop for something else, upgrade and pay in or accept a gift voucher. The staff said they have unhappy customers daily about this issue. None of the options appealed to me and most shoes were overpriced in my opinion. Bellville did not even have a shoehorn to try other shoes on. This is R900 thrown away. It seems \returns at the discretion of the company"on the slip means NEVER! A similar shop in Garden Route Mall gladly helped me with a similar issue"
