I purchased a pair of Nike tekkies that had a factory defect on it and was helped by @Thabiso to be book them in for review, it was not even 24 hours later, got a call and told me to exchange them for any other pair of value, awesome service and communication from the team at Jacaranda Mall in Pretoria.
