Tekkie Town is a waste of time and money!

I am very disappointed with the level of service I received from tekkie town.

I bought a pair of shoes for my child for Christmas, when I got home I fitted the shoe I realized that the shoe is the wrong size. I went back to the store to return the shoes, to my great surprise the other shoe in the box was dirty obviously it had been worn prior to me buying it. The sales consultant told me that unfortunately they cannot exchange the shoe because it is dirty. This is not my problem because when I bought the shoes I did not check both shoes to see if they had been worn or not. I even requested video footage but was informed that the store doesn't have a surveillance system. I contacted the customer care department who told me that they will be in touch with the area manager. The area manager has not contacted me. I want to return the shoes because they don't fit my child. Can somebody please phone me regarding this matter. I would strongly advice potential customer to thoroughly inspect your purchase before leaving the store as the consultants and managers are unwilling to help in this matter. Rather buy from Footgear or studio88 they actually care about customer service.
