Tekkie Town Graaff Reinet worst service ever

Bought a couple of shoes at Tekkie Town Graaff-Reinet when i got home i tried it on in the house it was too big when i took it back the lady infront received me with a whole attitude when she saw i wanted to wxchange the shoes she told me they wont take it back because i wore it she called the manager she also with a attitude said i wore it but the shoes bad only a light brown shade underneath no stain whatsoever anywhere . Manager looked at it ones also full of attitude threw it there and said it was worn she left this was a very bad experience after receiving good service from the guy helping me and giving me advice on the shows
