Tekkie Town duplicated payment using inrewards card

I put aside a pair of shoes on laybye ,2 days later I went back to settle.I used my inrewards card to pay.The payment was deducted 3 times from the card.The shop called me and I had to print my statement for them to show the duplicated transactions.I had to go back which was a huge inconvenience. A few days later ther is no word from the shop on the refund.

Can i please ask that you just send me your card numbers to me aswell

also can you please explain to me via email what happened at the store

and how many times did the card decline and was it just a fnb card

can you also please tell me what happened with the R600

and how many time did you try the R549 transactions

Please find attached statements to show transactions, I made initial was from FNB and the 3 deductions were done for the same purchase.I have attached official statement from Inrewards.

It was a layby if you notice the FNB transaction of R600 is the first payment that was made as part payment for the cap and tackkies .iT IS NOT THE ISSUE.

What I need help with is the triple transaction of R549 there was supposed to be 1 deduction of R549 only.I purchased a pair of shoes and cap and and upon payment I used a different card INREWARDS CARD .NUMBER ***

The card was swiped 3 types on different card machines, the first 2 times the teller said the transaction was not processed then the 3rd time he said it went through.

Please open the statements and follow through where it says Tekkie Town that is where we have a problem please.
