Takkie Town Northgate

Takkie Town Northgate and its staff are the worst and so rude…I went to cancel my laybuy on the 27th of September and I was told they had no cash in the till ….i gave them my slip and my details cause they said they’ll send my money back to my account…its been 2days waiting for my refund, when I call all they give me is excuses that they don’t have sales and don’t have cash….called 2 times all they give me is attitude, today a lady told me to come fetch my slip back….what nonsense is that?

I want my refund of R399 back!….will shop somewhere else where they give proper customer service😡😡😡
