STORE CARES MORE ABOUT SALES THAN CUSTOMERS

yesterday i bought a pair of white tekkies at tekkie town atteridgeville for my son. later in the day when he came back from school he fiited the shoes and they were small, same day went to the store (17:45) to exchange for bigger sizes. the tekkies had small smadges on them from when my son fitted them.i was told they can’t change the shoes they were worn and not sellable and the head office will deduct it from their salary if they exchange. i asked the manager to call head office for me she received and said phones are only used for them i should use my phone. Now am stuck with shoes I can’t use. I WILL NEVER BUY SHOES AGAIN AT TEKKIE TOWN. It was my first time and it is my last. The store is only worried about their sales and not customers. Some stores would have taken the shoes. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR.
