*********** staff and no professionalism.

Unpleasant is what comes to mind when I hear the name Tekkie town. I bought 2 pairs of sneakers from them and they were not cheap.....I was very happy with my purchases until I had to return the 1 pair as a warrantee claim. In the interim my wifes bag was ****** with my wallet that contained my proof of purchase . Long story short.. I explained this to the manager and she said that she will give me a copy if i give her a date of purchase. I then gave her the date and no one has come back to me. It seems that they don't care about their aftersales. She was going to get the Area manager to contact me but nothing as yet. Aftersales is what keeps you going back. Would you agree ?
