SHOCKING SERVICE,POOR QUALITY,NO AFTER SALES CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a pair of Bronx boots at Tekkie Town in the Garden route mall George. I was under the impression the product is of good quality as it's leather and it's a name I can trust. I'm not so sure that these boots were 100% real Bronx.

After one winter's wear the heels are completely worn, I'm a small framed lady and it is absolutely unacceptable to look like this after a few short months. Tekkie Town guarantees their shoes for 6 motnhs (so they say) and I brought my disappointment under the attention of the customer complaint department.

I discovered that I got absolutely no where, I asked to speak to the regional manager and had no support or any solution how to accommodate me with a product that is completely worn as the QUALITY IS BEYOND POOR!!

I then asked the manager above this person to also get in touch with me to be treated in a very cold and unhelpful manner. I was informed that "I got a good winter's wear out of these shoes and this is my fault" that the shoes are looking like this. I answered concerned back, "how could this be my fault, all I did was wear the product I was sold to wear"? Tekkie Town sells shoes, that's exactly what I did, put it on my feet and wear it when the weather was cold.

I'm attaching photo's of these boots, I was so called accused is my fault looking like this!! I did not manufacture this product, I trusted I bought quality and it turns out to be the complete opposite. I saw another paid of boots last week on a lady's feet, I asked her if I could see her heels just to compare how they look to mine, she had the exact same problem!Yet, this is said to be my mistake. I've never been treated this bad by management or a store that has zero after sales care. I was refused any help to resolve my concerns and unhappiness.The shoes are still under guarantee and I got no support returning this or getting a refund. I find this shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
