SHOCKING SERVICE,POOR QUALITY,NO AFTER SALES CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a pair of Bronx leather boots before the start of the 2017 winter. I never buy anything else but leather and when purchasing these shoes I was under the impression it will be quality.To my huge disappointment, the product turned out to be the poorest quality, in minimal time the heels were worn and it sounded terribly walking on tiles or any hard surface, it was embarrassing.I returned the shoes to a Tekkie Town branch and got the feedback the complaints department declined my complaint "It's wear and tear", not a manufacturing fault.The shoes are still under the guarantee period, they refuse to be of any assistance and will not take it back. Only one winter's wear and this is what the product looks like. I'm a lady that has a small frame and I'm not even heavy on my feet at all, nevetheless even if I was this should not happen after a few months wear!!

The area manager contacted me as I requested probably almost 10 times to be contacted. The feedback and service I received from this person was even more shocking, ZERO client relations and was very unfriendly, unhelpful and seemed like he did not care what I would do or say it the brand had to suffer. All I wanted was the matter to be resolved and nothing was done.I'm still left with a pair of boots that costed a large sum of money that I cannot use and is the worst quality I've ever purchased in my entire life without knowing!!!
