Service?

It seems to be practically impossible to open an account online with this business. I filled in all the required forms about three times to no avail, I even phoned in to see whether I can maybe help speed up the process only to be informed that maybe I should go to a store to fix it as they could not assist me with the online application and they will escalate the issue with IT? So duly I went to the store at Fourways crossing, that also was a bit of a time wasting experience as the staff was not sure as to what I can do?? A little help from Tekkie Town would be appreciated.
