Sandals

<p>Purchased a pair of sandals from the branch and it i had taken it back for something else because the quality was very poor. I was attended to by a very friendly guy and i had been asked to take the display pair which was fairly new. i was asked to pay a difference which was not a problem but it was a display pair, the least i could have got was the discount. the matter was forwarded to his manager Raeesa who was extremely rude and arrogant. did explain to her that was it was a display item and asked for a discount. she then told me if i am not happy i must choose something else. but there was nothing to my liking. i suggest Tekkie Town springfield gets a new Area Manager or else they will be loosing alot of customers due to Raeesa's Horrible attitude. I definately will not purchase from them again!!!</p>
