Rude staff at Tekkie Town

I went to Tekkie Town at Chief Albert Luthuli Steeet on 19/12/2021. The sales lady was very rude and arrogant. I was looking for my shoe size, as there wasn't any available salesperson in this particular aisle. A sales lady comes up to me and in a rude tone stated that I'm not allowed to touch any shoe boxes, I must ask for help. I responded that firstly there wasn't anyone in the particular section, secondly there was no signage stating that customers are not allowed to take a size of takkie and neither was I informed on entry that I'm not allowed to touch any shoes without asking for assistance. I don't mind following the shop rules provided that I'm aware or informed about the rules. The sales lady then shouted to her ***orkers referring to me as "munthu" repeatedly , saying "munthu" wants a notice to be put up that she's not allowed to touch the shoe boxes. In the whole 5 minutes I was in the store, all the staff on duty were then talking loudly about this "muntu" who wants a No Touching of Shoes notice.
