Returning of soccer boots

I am disappointed at the service rendered to me at Tekkie Town Alberton and even head office too. I had to return the soccer boots but was told it was worn. The reason for returned it because my son was sponsored with new pair. And this is still new and has not been worn except when he fit them. But they refused to return it.
