Return policy

On the 19/09/15 i went to the tekkie twon store to buy my golf shoes for R599 CASH, on the 20/09/15 i returned the shoes as i found out thats not actually what i like and they do not go well with my golf clothes and its a a bit bigger for me, the store manager as the store then told me i should return the shoe to the store where i bought as he will not be able to assist me, i then call the customer care line which i got voice mail to call Monday, i then called Monday morning and i was told they dont to cash refunds though i paid them CASH not credit to buy the shoe, now im stuck with the size 5.5 shoe that i cant wear coz they give me my money back, they offer to give me a shopping voucher which i refuse to take back coz its not a debit card i can only buy at their stores, how pathetic is that??!! There is no where on the slip where it says all sales are finale i cant come back for refund, this is chasing people away policy, I WILL NEVER SHOP at such pathetic policy stores, i want my money back ,their shoe is still brand new, returned within 48 hours. Been buying at stores like Total Sport they dont have stupid policies like this, i want my money!! money making stores!
