Return Policy

<p>I bought two pair of shoes at Tekkie Town Springfield Durban. After three weeks the Merrels leather started to crack. I went to Springfield were the manager and reginal manageres told me they have to send the shoes away before they can replace them. They said that decision will be done in one day. I requested the same type of shoes as replacemant but they had no stock anywhere. I settled for a different brand.They had no stock and had to request it from Balito branch. I handed the Merrels in at Watercrest Branch as it is close to my residence, filled in a form and explained everything again.I contacted there complaints department only to be told they will follow up to insure everything is done.I was phoned by Watercrest a few days later to ask how I want to resolve the issue.I explaine it again.A week has gone buy, no response from anyone at Tekkie Town.</p>
