Return of faulty Nike shoes
I'm logging a review here due to the Tekkie Town website that is under construction. I bought a pair of Nike Trainers earlier this year. Nike has always been a brand that served me well; comfortable and long lasting. Most pairs I bought I used to train with and still they lasted me years. The pair I recently bought is only for leisure, I don't train or do trail running with it. Recently I noticed it started tearing on the one shoe. I would like to know if it can be returned for a refund or replacement.

01 Aug 2019, 11:19I was contacted the next day by the Tekkie Town head office explaining the process to submit a complaint. The lady was very professional and friendly. On her request, I went to the shop, explained the situation but my request was turned down.
I didn't leave the matter there and I contacted the Customer Care via SMS on 45717. My request was reviewed by the Regional Manager and he approved the request; The faulty shoes can be returned for a new pair!
Thanks for great service, I will shop at Tekkie Town again!!
