Religiously awful service

Bought Nike shoes and took the wrong size.

Took the shoes in the next day without any damages and it was not accepted because it was used already.

I was okay with swapping it out for another pair of shoes of my correct size but now I simply want a refund since I will never return to tekkie town again.

The guy still said he can give me a voucher or I can exchange for another pair and then after that the manager said i couldn't. So I was told one thing and then another. I'm now without proper shoes to wear as a result.

As part of the consumer protection act I have a right to get a refund if I'm not happy with a product in 7 days.
