Refusing to exchange shoe size
Went to Jane Furse shop to exchange shoes I had bought for my son cause they didn’t fit him. Only to find the manager and sales consultant to refuse. They said head quarters doesn’t allow them to change shoe sizes however I explained to them that’s not what is written on the slip.
