Refuses shoe exchange
I bought converse on the Saturday, they were on display already so they weren’t completely white, when I went to return them the lady was super rude and insisted they have been worn. She refuses to take them back. After that they offered me R300 to buy them from me? After I paid R700 for the shoes 3 days ago and there is nothing wrong with it just I need a smaller size. When I went to buy it nobody even assisted me. This was Jeffreysbay Tekkie town, I will never shop there again
