Refuse to refund or replace Vans takkies after a month of purchase

<p>on the 27th of August 2016 I purchased a pair of Vans for my 8 year old son. After a month the shoes started tearing lose at different places. When I took it back they told me it must be send back to their customer service for inspection. Yesterday the store manager calls me to tell me that they refuse to replace or refund me. Their reason is: wear and tear. I am obviously deeply dissapointed as I paid R700 for shoes that broke after a month of purchase. Which is unacceptable.</p>
