REFUND REFUSAL

On the 31 May 2015, I purchased a pair of Takkies for my daughter from Tekkie Town, Beacon Bay. However, when I got home, I found out my mother, had purchases the same Brand of Takkie at Edgars, Vincent. <br> On returning to the store, on the 02 June 2015, and explaining my problem, I was refered to the Area Manager, Charl, who was at the store.<br> He said they don't do cash refunds, but can give me a voucher instead. He showed no interest in my problem, even when I said I wouldn't be buying any Takkies in the near future.<br> I contacted Head Office, and spoke to Leandi. She got back to me the following day, and said, she couldn't go against Charl's decision.<br> This is totally unacceptable, as what will I do with a voucher. I need my cash back. Also, this Refund Policy doesn't appear anywhere on the till slip.<br>
