REFUND

I bought running takkies for my daughter on the 25th Feb. When I got home, she did not like them.<br> I went back to the store on the 5 (within 10 days) to exchange the takkies, but there was no size1 , so I opted for the gift voucher so I can try at another store.<br> <br> I was told that gift vouchers are done by IT guys and that they do not work on weekends.( The time was 11:00am BTW ) and that I must return during the week, which is an inconvenience to me completely.<br> <br> So it was day 10 (within 10 days) and the value of the shoes had not been converted to a voucher the store promises. Warren and Sipho assured me that I can get the voucher done at another store, but did not give me any paperwork or even take down my details. They asked me to call them when I get to another store and try explain to them that shoes were returned within 10 days. There is no stamp on anything on my slip to prove this and should the gentlemen not remember, then i am stuck with a pair of unwanted shoes.<br> <br> Why should I be the one running around for a voucher that I was promised.<br> <br> My daughter needs the takkies for her weekly PT classes at school and this is just too frustrating.<br> <br> I want my money back.
