Printed on the back of the slip!

<p>I brought a pair of tekkies at Tekkie Town. NOWHERE did it say or did any of the staff in the shop tell me that if I want to return it, it's no cash back but a voucher. I needed something specific for work. I am then told when I returned it, within the hour, but it says so at the back of my slip. Well it is WAY TO LATE if it is printed at the back of the purchased slip!!! I feel this is WRONG and FALSE adverti*****t as well as a shop that does not care about its costumers but pushing products and in some way steeling money. Not giving customers the option to be satisfied with a product. They had a big sign saying 'No cheques' so why don't they have one saying 'No cash refunds' ? What am I going to do with a voucher, I live in America and won't be back to South Africa any time soon. I would like a better solution than 'oh but it says so on the back of the slip you got after we have already taken your money'.</p>
