Poor service from Tekkie Town

I bought a pair of Jeep Sandals from Tekkie Town in Nelspruit on Sunday the 10 th Feb, on the way into the Kruger Park. I wore them for under half an hour and realised that the fit was wrong. My foot sat skew in the sandal. On inspection I found that the RH sandal was 5 to 10 mm shorter than the left and that the RH side strap was shorter than on the left sandal. I left the park early on Tues and could not go back to the Nelspruit branch, so I took the sandals to the Silver Lakes branch yesterday. They could not have been less helpful. I tried on the same style Jeep Sandal in the shop and they fitted fine. I left the sandals at the store. They have rejected my complaint and refuse to replace or refund me. I see there are numerous complaints about poor service at tekkie Town.
