Poor service delivery
I went Tekkie Town,Carnival Mall to buy a pair of shoes.I found exactly the pair I wanted on the dislay for R599-00.I asked the lady helping me for a pair of the shoes in question.She subsequently brought me a pair and I proceeded to the pay point and the pair of shoes scanned R899-00.I then insisted on paying the R599-00 as the tag displayed that.I was told that that was not possible.I then said that I would take the pair on display.The sales lady then disappeared for +- 15minutes.On her return I was kindly informed that all the shoes on the display were only one of the same.According to the lady every 2 stores share 1 pair of shoes.So each shop has only 1 shoe.I subsiquently left empty handed.People like that are definitely a liability to any company.Needless to say I will NEVER buy from Tekkie Town agaim
