Poor service delivery

I bought a pair of Nike tekkies for my grandson. At home we saw the one valgrow that goes over the tekkie was shorter than the other and did not fasten. I tried to exchang but no luck. Nike must do a proper quality check on their shoes before selling them. And Tekkie Town should exchange because it is a product fault.
