Poor service at Takkie Town Westgate

I had a Laybuy that I did in October at Westgate mall , today 21st December I wanted to cancel the Laybuy went to the store for my cancelation and found a tall guy who said they don't have money they did refunds of about R180 00 I don't know how is that my business. Then he said I should come back tomorrow after 12pm mind you it's 17:20 pm. He called the Manager (Sibongile) to come and assist, she just saw my slip from the distance and said hai we dropped the money and went out the door leaving me and the cashier without assistance or way forward. I'm very disappointed cause I also work in the retail industry and that's not how customers are treated. I hope the CEO and Area Manager's know how customers are treated and some don't have a voice to such service we get from Takkie Town Westgate. I will no longer be shopping there, I'll go do the refund tomorrow and for them not thinking that I use transport to go there. For the manager me a don't care attitude. I'm very disappointed
