Poor service

I am very disappointed about the service I got from tekkie town paledi Mall, on the 19th Dec 2024 from the guy called Donald and store manager she didn't have a name tag n I asked for the name but I was refused by the name, the service is poor, how is policy is not adhered to as stated but for us to be treated like we are not paying customers is so no uncalled for, they are very impatient with customers but when you buy they attend to you, why is the online shopping introduced if it will be a struggle to return they even tell u to contact client service because they can't assist.. TEKKIE TOWN YOU DON'T ADHERE TO THE POLICY
