Poor service

Poor customer service I bought tekkie on the 28 December and 30 December I sent my daughter to return them. She was told that I must come in person since I bought via bank card

The 2nd I went there and was told that I must come back. They wrote the terms and conditions that they don't follow.

I will never buy or refer anyone to them So dissatisfied
