Poor Service

I just called Tekkie Town Johannesburg branch on ********** spoke to Vuyo Madinga I am looking for a Red all star but Vuyo is dihonest I doubt if she is honest in ur store also she couldn't help me instead she was so unprofessional on the phone and the reason y I say she's not honest I asked for customer care email address she said she doesn't have it, then suddenly she gives it to me, and I asked if I can speak to the manager she said she's the manager then I called back Gladys who it happens to be the manager mo not sure anymore answered the phone and I asked who am I speaking to she said who do u want to speak to I said Manger she said she is the manager I asked what's ur surname she said y so many questions, I said I am unhappy she said with what, just listen to that I then wanted to relate the story she started to interrupt me while m talking then I asked her y r u interrupting me but u asked me to tell u y m unhappy she said talk that wasb rude hey, she wanted me to listen to her meanwhile I called in so to me if the manager is so unprofessional what will happen to the entire staff and if the hole team is so unprofessional then what will happen to the store? I am so disappointed and angry with Tekkie Town staff and I buy all my entire family universe sneakers there n this is what I get, and I feel this is not acceptable as I will be paying for those pair of shoes it's not that I want them for free, those 2 ladies are very rude because they way they talk to a customer on the business line is really unprofessional they cannot talk on the business line as if they are on their cellphones even on their cell phone if it's customer they need to be professional. I am advising my brothers n sisters out there be carefull when u go to Tekkie Town in joburg to spend the money that u worked hard for, to pls be carefull and don't accept to be treated like ******* meanwhile ur going to buy I am so so so so angry.
