Poor Service
I am a guy and I am sure there is many more guys that wear a size 13/14 shoe. It would seem as if somebody that has no idea what is going on at the branches has decided that Mbombela Riverside Branch do not need a Big Foot dept anymore. I have no to phone around and look for places where I can find my size shoes. In the past it was a pleasure to walk in and buy at he mentioned branch. Why is the customers not known in a decision like this and how can management decides what is the best or worst in this case for the customers. Please re-open the Big Foot dept in this particular branch as it is the only Tekkie Town branch in Nelspruit

But I don't think that the area managers that you want to escalate the problem to will have any drive or authority to make a decision to bring back the Big Foot dept to this store. Can I ask that you escalate this complaint to the CEO or General Manager of your company as I am sure they are not aware of the problem at hand and a reply from them will show they are aware of the problem and maybe they will be able to rectify the issue.
