Poor service

Takkie town uses the worst delivery company known as Pepkro lifestyle if that’s the name. I purchased sneakers online which was dispatched however the delivery guy keeps coming at the address after hours as it is an office park. I constantly get messages that my delivery failed. First no one has ever called to let me know they are on their way or outside because I didn’t mind waiting until late. I called Takkie town today and the lady didn’t assist me, made it seem like I’m a fool and she will escalate it. Secondly I called the delivery company the line was dropped twice on my name ear and neither of them seemed to know what am I talking about. I want my package, can I be contacted on ***
