Poor return policy

My fiancé bought me a pair of sandals at Tekkie Town Vaal Mall branch, the size is fine but it hurts my feet on top, barely worn them.

Upon going back to the store, I was notified that I cannot get the money back and will only get a voucher to use at any Tekkie Town. I need sandals and the ones in stock does not have what I need.

There is no notice board stating that you cannot get your money back if you are not satisfied with the product. That is stated on the back of the purchase slip after you have bought something.

So now I have a R300 voucher and no sandals. There is no email address or contact number available as it says the number does not exist.

Hopefully someone responds to this
