Poor Quality

I am very disappointed and upset I bought tekkies in the Kolonade mall at tekkie town, now its not even a month old and it is falling apart. the front part of shoe is loosing and you can see the glue. the other side its completely loose and i had to glue it myself now because it was totally loose and i am at work now

This is completely unacceptable
