Poor Customer Service Rendered

Tekkie Town Vereeniging( Mark park) Branch sales person name Kedipontsheng for poor customer services, I bought a sneaker description number 153018 size 7 on the 15/12/2015 for my child to wear on a Christmas party only to find that its small I needed size 8, I called Kedipontsheng for her help me with it or locate the branch that has it she promised to call me back the same day, I understand the Christmas rush in shops I again called her today at 09h30 and again she promised to call me in 5 minutes up until now she didn't and she was not apologetic about her behavior, I would like a disciplinary action taken to her as she doesn't care about customers and I'm in a situation that my child won't have new shoes to wear, had he called me and said she cannot get elsewhere I would have made other plans. Furthermore I personally called bedworthpark branch there I spoke to Michael the manager so she said the same happened on Monday and only yesterday when I called her, only then she could tell me the branch that has is in Cape town which it cannot be couriered this week. <br> <br>
