Poor Customer Service

I dropped off a Paxi parcel that needed the be couriered to the designated location. I understood that it would take 7 to 9 working days and that's the turnaround time I was working with. On Monday 1st of July 2024 I spoke to an agent on whatsapp the name is Sivu I asked about the the parcel not being picked up and I gave the day that it was dropped off at Tekkie Town Goldfields Mall ,Welkom. Sivu then advised me that it was dropped of on the Friday which I told him that I do have the receipt of when it was dropped off Sivu then continued with the parcel being dropped of on the 26th. I did not continue the conversation because the parcel was dropped off on Wednesday 26th of June and not the Friday. I was also advised that the 7 to 9 working days only starts once the parcel has been collected. The parcel has been in the store for 4 days already.

Today is 3 July 2024 the parcel was still not collected from Tekkie Town Goldfields I went to the branch to fetch the parcel and rather make use of a different courier Company as both Takkie town Goldfields and Paxi is *********** with delivering customer service.

On arrival I spoke to Mary who is the Branch Manager at Tekkie Town Goldfields Mall,Welkom. I told her that I would like to get my parcel and a refund for the courier fee paid for the service that was not delivered. Mary made quite a few phone calls and having me stand there she makes remarks over the phone and having a laugh with the persons on the otherside of the call. Which is very unprofessional having a customer infront of you and that is the behaviour portrait to me as a customer. She then refused to give me a refund because I heard her speaking over the phone that Her store would take a loss for the Paxi bag purchased and she can't take that loss for something that had nothing to do with me. I paid for a service and the service was not delivered.

It is not the first time Tekkie Town disappoints a few months ago I bought vans takkies from them. Both takkies was vans both black but two different styles and material which was also a process of getting the refund done.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and treatment I got from Mary at Tekkie Town Goldfields Mall.
