Poor customer service & condesceding attitude

i went and bought boots there last week at Tekkie Town Bridge City Bester 25/09/2020 , my debit card declined and i requested the slip of the declined transaction. it was given to me by Mthokozisi who screamed declined for every one in the shop to hear. I used the other debit card to pay and it was succesful . upon review of my debits the declined transaction went through on the 27/09/2020. Today i visited their store to inform them, having the reciept and digital statement and i was told that i should send all these things to customer services. The store Supervisor with his Indian colleague who had no name tag told me they dont take emails from customers ,even though they had a printer with scan and fax. I hate that store and their bad customer service. Right now i need my money back. I FELT LIKE I WENT TO BEG FOR SHOES
