Poor customer service

I have to say I am not happy with the service I receive from tekkie town Meadow Dale, last month I wanted to settle my monthly payment at Meadow Dale, they told me they are offline I should go n pay at pep, at pep they said they can't make tekkie town card payments, I ended up loading money on my CAPITEC card to make the payment, I am from there again today, I wanted to check my credit balance then purchase a pair of shoes bt they said they think the system is down, so I now have to go to Eastgate in the morning
