Poor customer service

I will never ever buy in this shop ever again,I bought a pair of shoes,delivery date was perfect for my occasion but they did not deliver on their promised date,on top of that they had a nerve of deducting R60 because I couldn’t accept their late delivery,I was already bought another another pair of shoes
