Poor customer service

On the first of March 2023 I went to Tekkie Town in polokwane Game center to make a laybye of Van's sneakers.Sneakers were R700 I made a payment of R200. I was left with a balance of R500. On the 19th April I went the to make a payment of R200 with Sassa card. On their system it shows that the transaction was paid but slip didn't come out.The Lady who was helping me called their head office to enquire with them. They told her that they can see it on the system they will reverse it to my sassa card within 1 to 10 working days. Till to today they haven't reverse it. Yesterday I went to the shop to check with them if they can help me. The Lady by the name of Marinkie helped me but She was so rude. She told me that is not their problem if the slip didn't come out. I left her with my sassa card told her to resolve my matter.I m feed up I m no longer want the sneakers because they took time to resolve my matter. I want to cancel that laybye. Later on she called told me that head office said I must bring my bank statement so that they can help me. How can I bring statement where as they saw the money on the system. I can't print the statement because I was using sassa card.Sassa card doesn't print statement. Can you please assist me to get my money back
