poor customer service

I was in tekkie town heiderand mall right now assisted by crystal and bridney there customer service is very poor i was just ask them to exchange my broken shoes that i bought just yesterday they can even do that they tell me to come back tomorrow cause they must put in a customer complain first before they can help me
