Poor Customer Service

M not happy I bought sneakers for my kid On Tuesday and Wednesday I took them back because she doesn't want them. I went to takkie town in tshwane were I bought them and I told the the manager am returning this sneakers and he asked me why I told him the reason.the guy said to me didn't I read the ? that no refund ,I rep**** by saying if I knew u dnt refund or no exchange I was not gonna buy from your store I was gonna go somewhere else.he told me he can't refund me because they dnt have money and he need to call the head office to approve the refund first.he was not friendly and he was forcing to give me a voucher I refused I told him I want my money not voucher.and the excuses of the store doesn't have money it's not my problem.i said to him next time before customer pay for their goods explain to them company policy first.i laughed when he said he only tell them on sale items that no refund bad service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy at Takkie town.
